Welcome to Vision Guide. By creating an account at vision.guide, you agree to these terms. Vision Guide is operated as a sole proprietorship by Eric Williams in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.
What Vision Guide is
Vision Guide is a personal-growth web application that helps users define long-range goals and translate them into a weekly cadence of small, adaptive experiments. The app is provided as-is and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, spiritual, or otherwise).
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Vision Guide. Provide accurate information at signup, and notify support@vision.guide if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and billing
Vision Guide Plus is a monthly subscription for adaptive weekly check-ins, plan feedback history, and revised plans based on your saved goals and progress. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Prices, renewal cadence, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout before payment.
You may cancel anytime. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you resubscribe. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Vision Guide does not store full card numbers. You can manage billing through Stripe when available, or request cancellation by emailing support@vision.guide.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. We may issue refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or first-payment refund requests made within seven days of purchase.
If your paid subscription shows no meaningful activity for 180 days, we may cancel it automatically at the end of your current billing period after sending advance notice. Meaningful activity includes logging in, updating your plan, submitting a check-in, replying to a Vision Guide message, or confirming that you want to keep the subscription active. This inactivity cancellation is a customer-protection feature. You can resubscribe anytime.
Email check-ins are included with Vision Guide Plus. SMS check-ins are available only where supported and only after you separately opt in to SMS messaging.
SMS messaging program
Program name: Vision Guide check-in messages.
What you'll receive: short personalized SMS check-ins about goals and commitments you've saved in your Vision Guide account. Replies you send back to the message are saved into your account so the system can update your plan.
Message frequency: variable, capped at one (1) SMS per recipient per five (5) days. Most users receive between zero and four messages per month.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Vision Guide does not charge a fee for SMS messages.
Supported carriers: all major US carriers. Vision Guide is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL) to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS. You can also disable SMS from the account settings page.
How to get help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@vision.guide.
How to opt in: visit vision.guide/signup, provide a mobile phone number, and check the box that begins "By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated SMS check-in messages from Vision Guide…". The box is unchecked by default; SMS is fully optional and is not required to use Vision Guide.
Email messaging program
Vision Guide also sends optional email check-ins to users who have not interacted with their account for 3+ days. Email is on by default at signup; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or from your account settings.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vision Guide to harass others, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the service, or upload illegal content. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of the text you write into Vision Guide (intake, quiz, dream, plan, check-ins, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content so we can deliver the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond the operational service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Vision Guide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid to Vision Guide in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@vision.guide. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted via the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
