Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data Vision Guide collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. Vision Guide is operated as a sole proprietorship by Eric Williams in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. Contact: support@vision.guide.
What we collect
- Account information: email address, optional name, and (optionally) mobile phone number, provided by you at signup.
- Onboarding and check-in responses: the text you write into the intake, quiz, dream architecture, plan, and weekly check-in forms.
- Inbound replies: when you reply to a Vision Guide email or SMS, the body of that reply is saved to your account so the system can update your plan.
- Billing information: if you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Vision Guide receives billing status and receipt information but does not store full card numbers.
- Anonymous usage analytics: visitor identifiers stored in your browser's local storage, page views, scroll depth, and CTA clicks. IP addresses are truncated (last octet zeroed) before storage. We do not use third-party analytics cookies.
- Timezone: detected automatically from your browser to schedule messages at a reasonable local time.
How we use it
- To generate your profile, plan, and weekly check-ins inside the app.
- To send you optional email and SMS check-ins if you have explicitly opted in.
- To improve the product — by understanding which parts of the app are useful (in aggregate, not individually).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or hand it to data brokers. We use a small number of operational service providers to make the app work:
- Supabase: our database. All account and session data is stored there.
- Anthropic: powers the AI prompts inside the app (Claude). Your text inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's data-use policy applies.
- Postmark: delivers email messages.
- Twilio: delivers SMS messages if you opt in.
- Stripe: processes subscription payments and manages billing records.
- Railway: hosts the application server.
These providers act on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use your data for any purpose beyond delivering the service.
Mobile information and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The mobile phone numbers you provide and any SMS opt-in status are used only to deliver the check-in messages you have explicitly opted in to receive. Mobile data is shared only with Twilio for the limited purpose of message delivery, and is not provided to any other third party. This restriction applies regardless of whether you have opted into SMS.
How long we keep it
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or contact support@vision.guide with a deletion request, we will remove your data within 30 days.
Your choices
- You can stop email check-ins at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or the account settings page.
- You can stop SMS check-ins by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL to any message, or by unchecking the SMS opt-in on your account settings page.
- You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing support@vision.guide.
Children
Vision Guide is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users via email.
